Puppy Crate Plan

The crate works best when it supports sleep, recovery, and management. Rushed confinement creates noise you then have to undo.

What matters most

  • Use the crate around real rest windows.
  • Avoid only introducing it when you need to leave.
  • Keep entry, settle, and release predictable.

Working sequence

  1. Feed and rest near the crate before asking for longer stays.
  2. Build quiet inside time in tiny increments.
  3. Reduce intensity before the puppy starts rehearsing panic.
